Blog about Twitter

If I was to choose between a blog or twitter for a discussion type setting, it would definitely be a blog.  Twitters strong points is being able to update and display information in an instant.  It is effecient, but it is not always effective.  It is because you can only say so much in one tweet. In a blog you can go in to full detail about any particular subject.  Twitter discussions seems to be more fast pace and limited in thoughts and expression.  Where as a blackboard discussion is more lengthy and you are usually able to get your point across. Comparing to a twitter discussion to a class discussion is very difficult.  Once again you are limited to a number of characters on twitter, while in a class discussion you will not be limited in any circumstance to express your thoughts.
